Making gluten free Creole Cake
Hello where is the actual recipe for the carabean creole cake? I need to make a gluten free version. I will substitute the flour baking powder and xavier gum instead of regular flour, will this be OK. Thanks Kim

Not sure if too late to ask as this is for something I'm looking to make for Easter Sunday
The squidgy chocolate cake is made in the Swiss roll tin, but if I wanted to make it in a round tin, what would you advise - 18 or 20cm? Would I need to adjust the amount of the recipe at all?

Missing water!
Hi Lindsey, 2 questions:
1) I used this recipe last year. I now notice that the 40-55ml of water is now gone from the recipe. Why is that?
2) This year I didn't add the water. Had varying degrees of success amount of rising. Buns rose well 1st time but not so much the next 2 times I tried. Definitely need closer to 1 hour of rise time. Any other thoughts on why they didn't rise? Thanks.
