Victoria Sponge
When making the all in one Victoria sponge, my cake mixture bubbles up and goes flat in the oven. Why does it do this?
Heavy Gauge Aluminium Pans
Hi Lindsey
Again, not a question. A few months ago I asked about the gauge of aluminium pans and you responded by saying it can be confusing because one manufacturer uses one sort of gauge and another a different one. You did comment though that a base of about 6 mm is a good indicator to use.

One is Fun
Will the "One is Fun" recipe book be reprinted, perhaps with more recipes?
A friend and I both see/saw it as our "go-to" recipe book for single person households but mine has become fragile and his was seriously damaged when he left it on top of an eye level grill as it was pre-heating.
He's a good friend, but not so good a friend I will give him my copy...
