Can I use soured crème in recipe rather than fromage frais?

It depends on the recipe as to how suitable the swap is but probably.

Thanks for that.
It’s a simple galette recipe.
An egg, 1.5 tablespoons oat bran and 1.5 tablespoons fat free fromage frais.
I want to use leftover sour crème.
