Freezing Goulash

Hello Lindsey, can I make the beef goulash in advance? And freeze it? Thx Gill

Hello Gill,

Cook as per the recipe but leave out the soured cream.

When cold, on the day it is made, freezer in a lidded freezer container for up to 3 months. 

Defrost overnight in the fridge, reheat gently in a saucepan or covered in the oven.

Add the soured cream and serve.
