This month, we have a lovely menu for entertaining.
To start, Butterflied Tiger Prawns in Garlic Butter, and if you want to try your hand at making your own French bread to dip into the lovely garlic butter you will be able to watch our Cookery School video on the recipe page showing you how.
Main course is Entrecote Steak with Creme Fraiche Sauce, and finally a beautiful dessert that looks more difficult than it is to make, Pink Champagne Jellies with Champagne Cream
