There can't be many cake recies easier than a loaf cake; ingredients are mixed, poured into a loaf tin, and straight into the oven. Enjoy the lovely smells of nutmeg, ginger and cinnamon as it cooks, and before you know it you will have a beautifully moist loaf cake. Once cooled, cut into thick slices and be generous with the butter!
