July

Our menu this month is bursting with summer ingredients, flavours and colours.

Old English Summer Soup kicks it off, a very versatile soup you can serve either warm or chilled. Main course is a lovely easy fish recipe. The fish and potatoes are layered in a dish, salsa verde is then spooned over and it all gets baked in the oven together.

Salsa also features in dessert, but this time a sweet strawberry and mint one to go with strawberry and balsamic ice cream
