Our starter couldn't be any easier, shop-bought blinis, dressed up with either smoked salmon or caviar. Main course, is a show stopper - Mini Boeufs en Croute, try serving with fluffy mash and green vegetables. Finally, dessert - another assembly job, Petits Monts Blancs are made well in advance and then only taking minutes when you are ready to serve.
