

Our starter this month is Thick Onion Tart from Delia's free Cookery School. It's made with shortcrust pastry, which is the base for other quiches and tarts, including Quiche Lorraine and Thick Lemon Tart.
Main course is one of Delia's favourite autumn recipes Pork in Cider Vinegar Sauce which you could serve with Perfect Mashed Potato and steamed vegetables, and finally a classic French dessert, Poires Belle Helene. After the chocolate sauce has been poured over the pears, just serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
