Our menu for this month starts with Frijolemole, which is a chickpea, chilli, lemon juice and coriander dip - very similar to hummus.  Main course is Mexican Chicken Chilli and served with a colourful yellow tomato salsa to get you in the summer mood.  Keeping things colourful, we finish with Key Lime Pie, the base is made with Grape-Nuts, a cereal available from Tesco, Morrisons, Sainsbury's and Waitrose, Although it's traditionally made with Key limes, ordinary limes will be just as good
