This month our menu is packed with spring ingredients, all in season now. Fresh asparagus season is short lived and a great way to serve other than simply steamed is in Delia's Asparagus, Cheese and Egg Tartlets. Our main course is an easy entertaining recipe of cold salmon steaks, and here they are served with an avocado and creme fraiche sauce. Finally, one of Delia's childhood favourites - trifle.
