Our final menu for 2021.
You too are probably wondering where the year has gone, but here we are, and it's December in the blink of an eye. Christmas preparations are starting (or started if you are really organised!), and hopefully you have your Christmas Cake, and Pudding made by now.
This is a good time to get a few things prepared for the freezer, why not make a batch of mince pies and sausage rolls, then all you need to do is warm them through and you have an instant nibble to go with a cup of tea or a glass of wine. We have 100 recipes to freeze for Christmas so get stocked up now. If you are entertaining this month Lindsey has chosen a lovely, Christmassy meal for you to serve. Soupe Flamade has a festive garnish of frizzled sprouts, crisp roast duck with a confit of sour cherries, and then cranberry jellies to finish!
