Menu of the Month
This month our menu starts with a recipe from Delia's Vegetarian Collection book; Toasted Goats' Cheese with Blackened Sherry-Vinegar Onions, the only accompaniment required is lovely crusty bread.
For our main course, Lindsey has chosen Cider-braised Pork with Cream and Mushrooms, a recipe Delia still makes after more than 30 years since it was first served to her. Finally, from our Online Cookery School, dessert is Apple, Prune and Armagnac Clafoutis which you can also watch being made in our Batters video here
