Yes - August really is here, and we now find ourselves hurtling towards the end of the summer...
Keep things seasonal for both August and the summer with our special menu. Starting off with a recipe from Delia's Summer Collection, Roasted Vegetable Couscous Salad with a Harissa-style Dressing which can also be served as a main course. Next up, it's Salmon Steaks with Avocado and Creme Fraiche Sauce, this recipe is really adaptable, and can be doubled, or tripled up for a buffet or larger gathering. Finally Vanilla Cream Terrine - also from the Summer Collection book, and here Delia serves it with a raspberry and blackberry coulis.
