Once we get to the middle of April, we may be able to enjoy lunch in the garden with friends and family. Joy!

Our menu for this month begins with asparagus - don't forget to buy British and make the most of the short season. Salmon in Champagne Sauce will add a touch of luxury to a special meal if you are celebrating, and for dessert a chocolate cheesecake which Delia describes as not being 'in your face' chocolatey.
