Our menu for February starts with an easy, warming soup, any leftover can be reheated for a quick lunch. Our main course is from Delia's Winter Collection, roast gammon with crackling served with a tangy citrus sauce, and finally for dessert Individual Queen of Puddings, normally made with morello cherry conserve, but why not take Delia's advice and swap for Traditional Seville Orange Marmalade
