Our menu for October is made up of three wonderful Italian recipes.
Our starter is from Delia's Winter Collection, Italian Stuffed Aubergines, a recipe that also makes a great supper for two. Main course is from Delia's Happy Christmas, Pappardelle Pie with Wild Mushrooms and Tallegio, a no-meat pasta dish that can easily be made vegetarian by using a 'parmesan style' cheese.
