

Our menu for September starts with Eggs en Cocotte using either pocini or morel mushrooms, and a main course recipe for pork chops that's an old favourite of Delia's.
Finally we have Plums in Marsala which serves 6 but that means there will be enough leftover for you! Delia likes to serve them cold with warm rice pudding which you can watch being made in our Cookery School Video here
