Our July menu recipes are all from the book Delia's Summer Collection.
Begin with Rosti Crab Cakes, which Delia recommends serving with Pickled Limes, follow with a Roasted Vegetable Couscous Salad that's pretty much a meal in a bowl, and then a stunning dessert - Summer Fruit Millefeuille, which you can make with shop bought puff pastry if you wish.
