Menu for March
This month we are starting with Scallop Cream Soup, you could serve with home made French Bread from our Cookery School. Main course is Guinea Fowl, and although it's cooked with 30 cloves of garlic, the slow simmer mellows the pungency but as Delia says, probably not the best thing to eat before a first date. Dessert is Lemon Curd Souffles, don't be worried serving these if you're entertaining, they simply don't collapse
