Our menu for April
This month we start off with a Mexican influenced soup of chickpeas, chilli and coriander, a recipe from Delia's Vegetarian Collection. Our main course will continue to keep your tastebuds alert with the flavours of Smoked Fish Tart, and to finish a cheats' jelly dessert that needs no cooking at all
