Our menu for March
Spring is always in the air during March, and this month our menu brings with it a welcome dash of colour. Roasted Red Peppers to start needs lots of really good bread to mop up the juices, so why not try making your own? Head to our Bread For Beginners lessons in the Delia Online Cookery School, and watch how you can make your own bread, from a simple white loaf to focaccia. Main course is from our Meat Free Monday collection of recipes, Papardelle Pie with Wild Mushrooms, and finally, if you have any room left, Delia's Lemon and Lime Refrigerator Cake couldn't be any easier for entertaining. Made the day before you need it, simply take it out of the freezer when you are ready the following day
