Our menu for January
For our first menu for 2018, Lindsey has chosen a warming French Onion Soup. Not only is this a lovely starter, it's perfect for a warming lunch on a cold day. Pork fillets with an unusual stuffing for our main course, and if you have any mincemeat left over from Christmas, you won't believe what you can make with it just by adding an apple and some ready-rolled puff pastry for dessert.
