Menu of the Month: November

Our menu for November starts with Italian Stuffed Aubergines, taken from Delia's Winter Collection which also goes well as a light supper for two.
Main course is a braised pork dish that's prepared, then cooked for an hour and a half making it a perfect recipe for entertaining. Finally, a stunning dessert, Lemon Ricotta Cheesecake with a Confit of Lemons that is guaranteed to add the wow factor to any meal.
