Serves 4 Preparation Time: 40 Minutes Difficulty: Easy
In a non-stick pan, sauté the crumbled sausage with a drizzle of olive oil, paprika and chilli pepper.
Deglaze with 1 cup of wine and add the tomato paste. Cook for a few minutes on medium heat. Dice the avocado and tomatoes, transfer to a bowl and add the grated Grana Padano Riserva. Dress with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Fill the tacos with lettuce, the dressed avocado and tomatoes and the meat. Serve the tacos warm, sprinkled with grated Grana Padano Riserva.
For the Bloody Mary, pour the tomato juice into a glass, add the vodka, the 1/2 lemon juice, a few drops of Tabasco and Worcester sauce, salt and pepper. Mix with a celery stick and serve immediately.
