My question: For the Twice Baked Roquefort Soufflés, can I use marscapone instead of double cream (doesn't really exist her in France). Or is there a French alternative you'd reccommend?
Another question about steaming the xmas pudding! I have divided the mixture into a 1 pint basin and 2 smaller ones. The mixture fills them exactly. I have steamed the 1 pint one for 8 hours (yay!). How long do I need to steam the smaller ones for - I should be able to fit them stacked into the steamer together...Thank you!
I cannot find any shop in central London which sells Liquid Glucose required for Delia's delicious Chocolate Truffle Torte. Can I use caster sugar instead?
I’m halfway through making the classic cake, and have decided to split the recipe into smaller cake tins.
Should I use 2 x 10cm tins? Will this work? (Fingers crossed) and do I need to adjust the cooking times if I put both tins in together?
