I a trying to find details of Delia's "A Trifle Easy" recipe that was in her "How to Cheat at Christmas" feature in a newspaper/magazine about 20 years ago.
It included frozen summer fruits, ready-made custard and mascarpone cheese.
I can't find the recipe anywhere online, but I prepared it last year and I'm sure I found the recipe online then.
Any idea where I might find it again?

I've read it's a good idea to cook bread and butter pudding in a water bath and wondering whether to do this with the panettone bread and butter recipe.
Good morning and a Happy New year to one and all.
I had intended for some time to order a Little Gem Frying Pan and went on to the stockist's site to place an order. Luckily I noticed in time that it was not suitable for Induction hobs. A lot of people might just order it without reading the information.
I just wondered if it might be a good idea to add in to your site a rider to this effect.
Hope you do not mind the comment!
Are the "Not Pork" Pies suitable for freezing and if so, should they be frozen before or after baking? Thanks.
Dear Lindsey and Delia,
First many thanks for your excellent site and videos! It has been just what I needed...a straightforward cooking education :)
I'd like to ask a question about freezing. I have a very busy schedule but I love to cook, so every Sunday for the last few months, I spend the whole day in the kitchen. I usually make 2 main courses and a pie or soup. This way, I have my dinner sorted until the following Sunday..thanks to the freezer!
