since I first made Delias Traditional Christmas pudding,
(over 40 years ago) it has been my deepest desire to contact Delia, to thank Her for this recipe,
it has now become our family favorite,
+ Christmas will never be the same without
our "Delia Traditiona; Christmas Pudding",
having first discovered Delia on TV,
+ made so many of her recipes, my Kitchen would be lost without Delia,

Hi Lindsey, thank you for your reply re the above.
I made the cake this week for a tea party and reduced the brown sugar to 3 oz and reduced the sultanes to 3 oz. Also reduce the sugar in the topping by half.
It rose very well, it is light and moist and the sweetness level is just right. One of my guests is a Type 2 Diabetic, he said it was really delicious and perfect cake for him.
So thank you Lindsey for your advice and the great service you provide.

I would like to be able to make Delia's Preserved Ginger Cake, and also Delia's Chocolate Fudge Cake in loaf tins. Do you think this would work?
