I am interested in making some preserved whole oranges in syrup. Has Delia ever created a recipe for these? I have an idea of how I may acheive this but am unsure how to store and how long they will last and if they will need a "curing" time. An help would be appreciated. I have all of Delia's book from a long time ago and still use them 35 years later.

When Delia’s recipes call for Block butter does this mean salted, unsalted or lightly salted butter?
Can I cook Delia's Christmas Pudding in a slow cooker, and reheat it in one?
I love Delia's Pork with three mustards and I'd like to feed a crowd with it. If I make a big batch in advance, do you think it will reheat well or do you think the pork with get tough and overcooked with being cooked twice? Also do you think I could use diced pork shoulder to make it a bit more economical?

Im having problems finding curd cheese. I used to be able to buy it from the deli at Waitrose but they no longer sell it at all stores.
Is there an alternative for this recipe. Will any full fat cream cheese do? What can I use as a substitute please.
