I am interested in making some preserved whole oranges in syrup. Has Delia ever created a recipe for these? I have an idea of how I may acheive this but am unsure how to store and how long they will last and if they will need a "curing" time. An help would be appreciated. I have all of Delia's book from a long time ago and still use them 35 years later.
