I’ve been asked by family members and a few friends if I could do them a pudding this year. Think Delia spoiled them last year !! Seriously though is it possible to make a double batch or treble batch and then divide them into smaller containers?
The quick stir fried spiced red cabbage with apples I want to do with the beef goulash is this the one she refers to. I need to do for 10 people so can I make this in advance, if so can it be reheated in the oven or does it have to be reheated on top. Would 5his be better than the traditional braised red cabbage.
I'm trying to source an old Delia recipe for a Chocolate Pudding, that had the sauce poured on top before it went into the oven, that was published in the Evening Standard in the 1980's (probably) - told you it was an old recipe!
