Hi Lindsey, I'm wanting to make some recipes with curd cheese, but have not been successful in finding it in my supermarkets. (And I'd rather not make my own.) What would be the best substitute? Thanks!
Hi I am about to make Delia's Light Christmas cake but I am wondering if it is too early to make it now. Will it be fine if kept in an air tight container or should I make it nearer to Christmas?
Hi Lindsey. I am a bigginer and would be grateful for your help. Looking at the farmhouse Pate recipe it talks about fatty pork rashers and immediately below talks about dried cured British Bacon. Is the first one fatty pork belly or something similar? and the second bacon?
