Hi I’ve just read I need to cook the prawns for the hot & sour pickled prawn recipe. I have put the raw prawns in the marinade for 2 minutes before I realised. Is it still safe to use the marinade?
Hello Lindsey, I would like to make the fresh coconut cake. In my area in Spain, I cannot find fromage frais.
Can I use whipping cream instead? Or could you suggest another alternative?

Hi there, I want to make Delia's recipe for Onion Gravy for the first time. The recipe specifies dessertspoons in the measurements, am not sure how much exactly this is? my measuring spoons are all teaspoons/tablespoons.
