Is it correct to add 150 ml water together with 150 ml double cream?

Just wondering if you could be able to recommend a sort of sweet exceptionally light dessert like soufflés or mousse with a berry flavor rather than chocolate. Something to be added to the collection of the lemon curd soufflés and the rhubarb soufflés.

Good morning. I have been looking at the recipe for Delia's vegetarian mincemeat (Complete Illustrated Cookery Course). I wonder if you know whether it tastes 'quite' or 'a lot' different to traditional mincemeat please? Thanks in advance.
