Where is my favourite recipe?

Why have you removed favourite recipes. I had many favourite recipes which I use all the time and now that I am approaching 80 years of age I nee to work from a recipe, my long and short term memories are suffering. By removing favourites you have cut my meals down to just a few.

Tonight I wanted to make Delia's traditional Italian minced beef and pork tomato ragu and the recipe has gone.
