What to serve with....

Hello,

The wedges go well with sausages, gammon, steak, burgers, cold sliced meats etc.

To go with the salmon dishes, I would do steamed potatoes with butter and herbs, something a bit special like Pink Fir Apple or Anya or La Ratte. 

Wilted spinach with leeks would be lovely. Or Green Beans with a Shallotte Butter or Sugar Snap Peas.

Or either of these….

Sauteed Caramelised Fennel

Roasted Red Peppers
