If it’s non-alcoholic I wouldn’t substitute the tablespoon of alcohol in the cake but for the prunes you could use grape or apple juice. I’m not sure if you want and alcoholic or non-alcoholic substitute?
If it’s alcoholic, I would suggest Brandy or Rum.
If it’s non-alcoholic I wouldn’t substitute the tablespoon of alcohol in the cake but for the prunes you could use grape or apple juice.
