What are boneless pork streaky rashers?

What is boneless pork streaky rashers in your Turkey & Bacon terrine as this recipe already has bacon as an ingredient. I live in Australia, unlike New Zealand, we can't buy gammon or green bacon where I live if it happens to be either of these?
An Australian compromise would be great.
Your advice appreciated.
