I have 2 recipes for Delia's Watercress soup - one with leeks and Marigold stock and one with onions stock and milk. My query is that one asks for the watercress to be destalked and the other implies the watercress is used complete with stalks. Have I misread as when the stalks are removed, there is very little watercress to add. Perhaps you could clarify please Lindsey. Eileen
