With the mince pies, can I freeze them pre baking?
If I freeze them after baking, at what temperature do I reheat them and for how long?

Hello,
We prefer to bake, cool and freeze. Then defrost and warm as and when needed.
However you can freeze them uncooked. Open-freeze the mince pies in their oven trays then knock them out and store them in polythene bags for up to 3 months. To cook the raw mince pies from frozen, remove the desired number of pies and replace in their tins. Cook tham as per the recipe, allowing an extra 10 minutes’ cooking time to defrost.
If reheating cooked mince pies that have been recently made or left to defrost, put them on an oven tray and give them about 6 -7 minutes at 180C in a conventional oven or give them a few minuets more if you heat them from frozen.
