

Just made focaccia bread for first time..delicious.
Would like to freeze it...my question : -
What is best way to serve this bread slightly warm from frozen?...warm from frozen?...or defrost first?...also what is best temp & duration to warm bread without it going hard? Thank you

Hello Stella,
I would defrost it first, remove the wrappings and wrap in foil. Then heat at 180C for about 8 minutes.
