I have bought pre soaked fruit, how much would I need to use for the Christmas pudding or rich fruit cake recipe?
thanks

Hello Nicky,
Assuming your not adding any other fruit, peel or brandy I’d say 800g in a Classic Christmas Cake.
For the Traditional Christmas pudding assuming you are only using tis mix to replace the peel, sultanas, raisins and currants I would say 550g but I’d still add all the other ingredients including the rum, barley wine and stout.
A good wok is a kitchen staple and a must for every home cook so we're giving you the chance to win a Samuel Groves Classic Non-Stick Wok worth £170 from the Tri-Ply Collection.
