Using a Spherical Pudding Basin

I am making the 'How to Cheat' Christmas Pudding and I would like to use the Alan Silverwood 6 inch mould. Would Delia's recipe be sufficient for this size mould or would I need to adjust the quantities? Any tips on using this spherical mould - before packing in the ingredients, during cooking, or after it's cooked and releasing it from the mould?

I believe that Silverwood supply a full set of instructions so you will find out more when you buy it.
We do not have anything tested but I ‘think’ that pudding mould has a 4 pint capacity, so in theory you would need to double this recipe.
I’m sure the mould will need to be well greased and lined with 2cm ribbons of baking parchment.
