I have tried to make choux pastry today, unsuccessfully. I have been following Delias recipe for years and now I cant make them!
The mixture that I end up with after slowing putting the eggs in and whipping is a runny mixture not solid enough to transfer to a baking tin. I have checked my measurements and not done anything differently. Any advice please?
