Twice-baked Fish Souffle

Hi Lindsey,
Could you tell me if I can use the Whiting Souffle recipe as per the twice baked cheese ones that Delia does?
In other words can I cook it once, then again before serving?
Will the addition and weight of the fish make it less likely to rise for a second time?
I notice that the 'twice cooked' souffle recipes are mainly only cheese/herbs.

Hello Julia,
We don’t twice bake Delia’s fish soufflés but I have seen recipes before for twice-baked fish soufflés but they are mostly smoked fish or salmon.

No but we make Delia’s Smoked Fish Creams a day ahead, keep them covered and chilled in the fridge and then bake them when needed the following day.
