Hello Lindsey. I would likme to make either a wholemeal or granary version of Delia's baguettes. Can I just sub the stronf white flour and do I need to adjust the proving/cooking times?

We haven’t tested them this way but I’d try half strong white and half wholemeal / granary and yes they may take longer to rise but I expect the same time to cook.
