I have a question about Delia's chocolate truffles.
I made the mixture and left in the fridge overnight, but the problem is there is now the chocolate mixture sitting in a pool of solid fat. I've microwaved it, which melted that fat and mixed it in, but now, of course, I'm back at square one and the whole mixture is warm again. It's not very liquid, but more like a chocolate mousse, so too liquid to make into truffles. I did use 75% cocoa chocolate. What should I do?
