Truffle Torte without the rum

I used to make Delias Truffle Torte , but have not made it for a few years, but am thinking of making it this year. As young children will be eating it is there an alternative to the rum that I could use please?

You can substitute the 5 tablespoons of Rum (that’s 100mls using Delia’s tablespoon) with orange juice, grape juice, prune juice or water.
