

Lindsey, Thank you for your reply, I'm sorry I didn't explain more clearly my question. I would like to bake a large sponge cake using Delia's all in one method. The size of the tin I am planning to use is 15x11x2" (capacity 10 pints) and my question is what quantities of the ingredients I would need to use for a tin of this size. Would it be the weight of 10 eggs? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I think you are probably right about using a 10 egg version of the recipe. It’s going to take quite a long time to bake! Over an hour but I’m not sure by how much.
