I have just used the recipe for Delia's classic fruit cake. I've made the quantity for an 8in cake, but divided it into 4 4in tins. I can find cooking times for 6ins-11ins, but not as small as 4 ins. Please can you advise? I am guessing get something between 2.5 hrs - 3 hrs?
